NorthShore Care Supply Employees Celebrate 10-Year Anniversaries
NorthShore Honors Employees in IT & Marketing For 10 Years of Service
(Green Oaks, Ill.) October 22, 2020 – NorthShore Care Supply, a leading private label premium adult diaper brand in the U.S., recently honored Crystal Knepper and Simon Pestell for 10 years of service.
“Crystal and Simon have been with NorthShore a long time and I am honored to have them as part of the team,” said Adam Greenberg, president and founder. “Crystal has taken our email marketing campaigns to another level and Simon has really made our systems more customer focused.”
Pestell is the manager of Information Technology and Knepper is the manager of E-Commerce. They both started their careers at NorthShore in Customer Care & Service.
During his tenure at NorthShore, Pestell has implemented customized systems allowing for smoother and more efficient Warehouse automations and other internal programs for customer order fulfillment.
“At NorthShore, we continually embrace the newest technology in order to provide a better customer experience, which makes my role both challenging and rewarding,” said Pestell.
Knepper has expanded NorthShore’s email program over the years, providing solutions for a better customer experience. She is also instrumental in the company’s website personalization project.
“Thanks to my customer service training and background, I am always thinking about our customers and what they would like to know and learn about,” said Knepper. “I enjoy working at NorthShore and helping customers.”
