They're specially designed to fit inside your current disposable absorbent garment and are not intended to be used inside regular underwear since they do NOT have a waterproof backing.
The Depend Boost® Insert Pad features super-absorbent materials to turn liquid into a gel for added protection against leaks and to neutralize odors. Using a booster pad can reduce leaks 40% over using disposable absorbent garments alone.
